The moments that call for a partner

A building crisis should not derail a mission.

An alarm failure, an inspection notice, an unexpected capital repair, a key leader gone: all of it lands on executives hired to lead a mission. Someone has to steady the response and prevent the next one.

A leadership vacancy

Your facilities or operations leader has left. The search will take months. Decisions cannot wait.

An inspection or survey is coming

Fire marshal, state survey, or accreditation review, with uncertain readiness and no clear owner.

Reactive capital spending

Roofs, boilers, and alarm systems replaced when they fail, at emergency prices, with no plan the board can fund.

Operations in one person's head

When that person is out, work stops. No documented processes, vendor relationships, or schedules.

A team that has stopped growing

Good people with no path forward, unclear roles, and managers who were never coached.

Growth that outran structure

New sites, programs, or staff on the same informal systems. Accountability blurs and costs creep.

Four ways to work together

The right level of leadership for the work ahead.

Most organizations start with a conversation or a focused assessment. Every engagement is scoped in writing: deliverables, decision rights, communication, and boundaries.

01 · FIND CLARITY

Assessments & Advisory

A focused look at your facilities, operations, and team: what matters most and what to do first.

Best for an independent read before a budget, hiring, or capital decision.

What is included

Leadership interviews, an operational and facilities review, risks and opportunities, priority recommendations, and an action roadmap you can use with or without TOP.

Discuss an assessment
02 · MOVE A PRIORITY

Fixed-Scope Projects

One challenge, an agreed deliverable, and a clear finish.

Best for a known problem with a deadline: an inspection, a capital plan, a system that needs fixing.

What is included

Compliance readiness, capital planning, process improvement, organizational structure, or implementation support, with a written scope, milestones, and fee.

Discuss a project
03 · NAVIGATE TRANSITION

Interim Leadership

Senior direction through a vacancy or critical change, with a defined mandate.

Best for a leader who just left and a search that will take months.

What is included

Agreed authority and priorities, steady operations, guidance for staff and vendors, and a clean handoff to your permanent hire. Convo Communications engaged TOP in this role during a leadership transition.

Discuss a transition

Scope, cadence, and fees are agreed together before work begins. TOP provides executive leadership and advisory; it is not a staffed maintenance company or a round-the-clock emergency service.

His regulatory experience spans fire and life safety, infection control, emergency preparedness, schools, healthcare and residential environments, and FCC compliance. His toolkit includes long-range capital planning, construction and building turnover, CMMS and work-order systems, vendor and contract strategy, budgeting, and workforce development.

At Gallaudet, Adham became what the university calls the most decorated football player in its history: team captain, four-time All-American, Gagliardi Trophy finalist, back-to-back CoSIDA Academic All-American, and the 2013-14 Gallaudet Student-Athlete of the Year. He went on to become the first NFL player in Gallaudet history, with the Seattle Seahawks, Kansas City Chiefs, and New York Giants, and was inducted into the Gallaudet University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2020.

He has launched inclusive workforce initiatives with Gallaudet University and presented on them at national conferences. TOP placed third in Gallaudet University's 5th Annual Alumni Bison Tank Business Pitch Competition in 2026.

He founded TOP so mission-driven organizations can have an executive partner who understands them, without the cost of a full-time hire.

A monthly scorecard: what moved, what is next, and what needs a leadership decision.

  1. Discover

Listen to your leaders, understand the context, and name the pressures and opportunities.

Agree on priorities, outcomes, cadence, and fees in writing before work begins.

  3. Deliver

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

What happens in a first conversation?

Thirty minutes by video, in ASL or spoken English. We talk about your organization, the challenge, and what you want to achieve. If there is a fit, Adham recommends a next step and a clear scope. No questionnaire required first.

Can you support us remotely?

Yes. Partnerships are remote-first: agreed working sessions, async updates, and a monthly scorecard, with on-site visits planned for the moments that matter.

Do you only work with large organizations?

No. Adham has led a 200-person, 12-department operation and has built systems for lean, distributed teams. The engagement is sized to your organization and budget.

How much of your time do we get?

Deliverables, cadence, response times, and decision rights are agreed in writing. TOP partners with a small number of organizations at a time so each one gets real attention.

Do you work with organizations that are not Deaf-led?

Yes. TOP serves schools, nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and growing businesses broadly. Deaf-led leadership and ASL fluency are strengths TOP brings, not a requirement for working together.

Is TOP a maintenance or emergency service?

No. TOP provides executive leadership and advisory. Your team and vendors do the hands-on work and the emergency response; TOP helps them plan, prioritize, and perform.

Do you publish prices?

Fees are quoted after a conversation, once scope and cadence are clear, and written into the proposal before any work begins.
